We received approval for our Articles of Incorporation by the State of New Mexico effective August 12, 2021.

We received IRS approval of our 501c3 application on the Feast of the Ascension, May 26, 2022, effective date August 12, 2021. Donors can deduct contributions under IRC Section 170. Kateri College may also receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
