Working at a new, startup college is a risk but it’s a risk worth taking!  We are proposing a new approach to education which invites student applicants who desire a mature and practical college experience.  We need faculty and staff who have a spirit of adventure and a spirit of evangelization.  We need faculty and staff who share our vision of how a 4-year college could operate and the amazing good that will come from this more radical approach to traditionally separated modes of education.  

We are forming a community of serious Christians, Catholics and non-Catholics, who love Jesus Christ and His Church, and who are willing to conform their lives to His.  “How good and pleasant it is when brethren live together in unity,” says the Psalmist.   Unity is only found when diverse people all share a common good and follow shared moral laws.  The end of Kateri College is to help our students, faculty, staff, and all those we encounter share in eternal life of heaven.  As a Roman Catholic institution, our goal is to assist everyone within our community and everyone who encounters a member of our community to become great saints.
