Thanksgiving Gratitude

Dear Friends,
The Italians have a beautiful way of expressing great gratitude – “Mille grazie” – literally, a thousand thanks!

While saying thank you a thousand times would be a bit repetitive, perhaps William Shakespeare expresses best in English our sense of gratitude towards God and you our friends and benefactors of Kateri College when he writes in his play Twelfth Night, “I can no other answer make but thanks, and thanks, and ever thanks.”

We are cleaning up the data on our contact information for all those who have registered for our newsletter.  If you would like to update your contact information so we can keep you better informed of our progress in opening our doors to students, please click here.

We are also increasing the circle of our benefactors and supporters for Kateri College.  We need your help to accomplish the mission of offering a new type of education, one which is increasingly needed by our sons and daughters.  Would you consider a monthly, quarterly, or annual recurring donation before the end of the year to support the needs of the College?  To set up either a single or recurring donation, please click here.

You may also mail a tax deductible check to Kateri College, PO Box 4905, Gallup, NM, 87301.

Thanksgiving may be one of America’s most wonderful and unique national holidays.  We as a nation set aside this one day to give God thanks for the blessings He has bestowed on us.  As Christians, however, we know not only must we thank God on the fourth Thursday of November, but we must “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

We give God great thanks for our Church, our family, our country, and for our friends and benefactors.  We ask Him to forgive our sins, give us His good graces, and to make us worthy of such gifts.

We ask His continued blessings on our efforts to found Kateri College.  We pray for its success and abundant blessings upon all those who help accomplish it and all our future students.

Happy Thanksgiving!
